NODEM Support Policy

NODEM software is supplied with the following annual support (helpdek).

Additional support is available at a discounted rate of NZ$100 (plus GST as applicable) per hour. Our TimeClock software will be used to monitor the time for support.

 

Support Hours

Helpdesk will be provided between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours (NZ Time) from Monday to Friday by e-mail, fax or phone.

NODEM FAQ Database

All queries/comments/issues raised by users will be logged in the helpdesk database and will have an event code and priority order. The database will be reviewed regularly and frequently asked questions (FAQ) information will be updated and posted here.
