NODEM software is supplied with the following annual support (helpdek).
Additional support is available at a discounted rate of NZ$100 (plus GST as applicable) per hour. Our TimeClock software will be used to monitor the time for support.
Support Hours
Helpdesk will be provided between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours (NZ Time) from Monday to Friday by e-mail, fax or phone.
